Khurshid Ahmed Ganai, State Chief Information Commissioner (CIC), called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today and apprised the latter about the present state of functioning of the Commission and the work which was disposed of during the period when he was serving as a one man Commission.
